Clinical questions to be addressed:

  1. Apply specific communication techniques for diverse populations to improve clinical patient outcomes and enhance their professional satisfaction.
  2. Appreciate the specific cultural health beliefs and behaviors that minority patients may bring in to clinical enounters, so that providers can treat each patient as an individual.
  3. Have familiarity with the realities of how health disparities can be factors in how care is delivered and obtained.
