Clinical questions to be addressed:
For each condition, the participants will learn what the alarm symptoms or triggers for the referral are.
For each condition and before referral, the participants will learn what studies primary care physicians should and should not perform, with particular attention to geriatric patients.
For each condition, the primary care physician will learn what studies or interventions he or she can anticipate that the consultant will perform or recommend.
