Clinical questions to be addressed:

What do recent large-scale studies tell us about the value of PSA for the detection of prostate cancer? Has PSA screening impacted prostate cancer outcomes? Who should have a PSA obtained? Once cancer is diagnosed, who is a candidate for surveillance rather than treatment?
Discuss the efficacy of medical therapies for BPH, including alpha-blockers, finasteride, and combination therapy with both classes. What are the important adverse effects for these drugs, alone or in combination?
Should all men with erectile dysfunction have a serum testosterone level even if their libido is normal? What should we do with the results? Should this be a total or free testosterone level? What are the risks and benefits of prescribing testosterone replacement.
Is there really any difference in efficacy among the various agents available for erectile dysfunction? How about differences in adverse effects or drug interactions?
