To order a product, you must first locate a product that you want to purchase. This can be done either by utilizing the search function, or by selecting by Events, Presenters, or Topics on the left side of each page.

Once you have identified the appropriate event, you will need to select a complete package product, or you can view the list of sessions and identify particular sessions that you are interested in.

After you have located the exact product or products that you want to purchase, select the media format that you need and add that to your shopping cart. Once you have added all of your desired products to your shopping cart, you should click the 'Checkout' button to complete your order.

At this point, you will be asked to login to the site, to securely complete your transaction. If you are not already a registered user of the site, you will be guided through the short registration process. Once you are logged in, you will have the opportunity to select your desired shipping method. After that, you must enter your shipping information and billing information.

You can also submit your order by fax, mail, or phone. Simply print the order as it appears online, prior to completing the checkout process and forward it to us.
